I started taking these and after about two weeks I genuinely felt stronger. I figured it might be some overhyped nonsense, but nope, the stuff actually did its job. Damn impressed.

I pretty much assumed the packaging would be okay as soon as I saw it. The box was clean, no dents or anything, so no complaints from me.

I caught a sale and was able to use a code on top of it, so I ended up saving more than I thought I would. it felt like a fair deal, and it’s always nice when a company makes it easy for regular people to save a little. I’m happy with the experience.

I’ve been using Muscle & Strength mostly when I want to look up workout plans, and overall it’s easy to use. The filters and categories make sense, and the pages load quickly on my phone, which is nice when I’m at the gym and don’t want to waste time scrolling around.
The exercise info is usually clear and easy to follow, though I do sometimes wonder how consistent the quality is across every plan since there’s a lot on the site. Still, for finding something quick and getting a general workout idea, it’s been useful for me...

"Awesome supplement selection!!"
I’ve been really happy with the selection here!! They’ve got basically everything I usually look for, like protein, pre-workout, vitamins, and all that stuff. I also like that they carry different brands and sizes, so you’re not stuck choosing from the same few options every time!! It makes it super easy to compare things and just grab what I need!!!

I’ve been using a couple of the Muscle & Strength programs and they’re solid. Nothing crazy or overcomplicated, just clear workouts that tell you what to do. If the gym is packed, it’s not too hard to swap something around and keep moving. They also explain the sets and reps in a way that makes sense, not like some confusing fitness guru stuff. Main thing is it helped me stick to a routine, and that’s basically what I needed

Everything showed up correctly and was exactly what I ordered. It did take a little longer than expected, and I would’ve appreciated clearer instructions or updates along the way, but overall it worked out fine.

"Good value for the price"
Not gonna lie, I’ve ordered from muscleandstrength.com a few times now and the prices have been solid, especially compared to some other supplement sites I’ve checked out. They usually have some kind of deal going on, so it feels like you’re getting your money’s worth. Shipping wasn’t too expensive either, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s been a good value and I’ll probably keep ordering from them

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering from muscleandstrength.com: don’t be surprised if your stuff gets there way sooner than you expect. I placed an order last week thinking it would take a few more days, but it was on my doorstep in about 2 days. The box looked fine, everything was included, and I had no issues at all. i’m happy with it and will probably order from them again

I’ve had a good experience using muscleandstrength.com because it’s easy to see what’s in each product before you buy it. Most of the time the label and supplement facts are right there, so I can compare doses and avoid ingredients I don’t want. I also liked that when I had a question, support basically said something like, “check the product images or facts panel for the full breakdown,” which was actually helpful and straightforward. Overall, it’s a simple site with less guessing, and I appreciate that

"Solid protein and shaker from my experience"
I’ve been using the protein and shaker for a bit now, and overall I’m happy with them. The protein tastes good, nothing weird or overly strong, and the shaker feels sturdy in my hand. One of the tubs did show up with a small dent, but everything inside was fine, so it didn’t really bother me. Overall, a good buy for me.
